This ancient fishing village with a breathtaking view of the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea is recognized as one of the “ 100 most beautiful villages in Italy “. The old town is full of charm and everywhere you can explore beautiful beaches, clean sand and clear water. You’ll also come across the ruins of a Roman villa and the Tiberius cave . South of Rome is Italy’s best kept secret.

We will take you on a visit to an artisan dairy located in the Lazio countryside, on a tour that was specifically designed to show the production phases of buffalo mozzarella. You will know the skill of our cheesemakers in producing this world-famous delicacy.

Although it was destroyed during the Second World War by Allied troops, the most glorious abbey in the world still stands on the hill overlooking Cassino and the Garigliano valley. Rebuilt after the war, until today it remains the center of historical culture in Italy . Saint Benedict founded the Abbey in 529 AD on what was once a pagan site. Here he wrote the Benedictine rule which became the founding principle of Western monasticism. Today, visitors enjoy glorious decorated interiors and spend hours walking in the courtyard and gardens, with spectacular views from the balcony.

The Comino Valley between Lazio, Abruzzo and Molise, is one of the most beautiful ecosystems in the central-southern Apennines.
A fortunate coincidence of food, wine and literature, the charming Victorian house takes its name from its famous guest D.H. Lawrence . In his brief stay, he was so inspired by the landscape that the final part of his “ The Lost Girl ” took place in Picinisco. Casa Lawrence is truly a hidden gem and embodies what our region is. Today the house is owned by the Pacitti family, dedicated for almost 200 years to breeding goats and sheep, from which they make excellent cheeses, including the Picorisco Pecorino DOP . The Pacitti family, intrigued by the history of the house, decided to open an agriturismo inside, restoring it according to the detailed descriptions in Lawrence’s novel.

Italy is the second producer of olive oil in the world and here in the south of Lazio, at the foot of the Ernici mountains , extra virgin olive oil has been produced for centuries. The cool and windy climate allows the cultivation of biological pesticide-free olive groves . In the beautiful medieval village of Vico nel Lazio , surrounded by ancient walls and woods, we invite you to experience every phase of olive oil production with a visit to an oil mill , followed by a tasting with an expert guide .
