Doyle Sauvignon 2022
Sauvignon aged in terracotta amphorae with its skins for 6 months.
In May 1944 Sgt. William Doyle of the Welsh Guards led his men to the battle of Monte Grande in Arce, Italy. To this day the people of our town have sombre memories of the English soldiers trading bread for wine and who were destined to die on their land. Our Sauvignon Blanc is a tribute to Doyle and these brave men.
